Paint Jam is London’s original POP-UP painting event, giving everyone an artist experience

in a fun, social space.

Founded by London abstract artsist, Dalia Zermon, we are now in our 5th year. We have recently been featured in the Evening Standard‘s Top 10 Art & Craft things to do in London and are regularly featured in Time Out, as well as Daily Candy and Crafty Magazine.

Set in our unique SOCIAL ART STUDIO, our Pop-Up painting events transplant a whole art studio set-up to a

unique and unexpected space – from bars and clubs to restaurants, and even disused swimming pools.

Complete with top quality art materials, easels, canvases, Music & DJ’s and a bar + our expert London

art facilitators guiding you along throughout, you get the unique chance to create your own unique painting + take it home to keep!

We often include event themes: Our last event Paint Jam’s Pool Salon at The Albert, included a mermaid life model, a dry aqua aerobics session

and a bar mermaid running the bar – see pics.

Our Motto is ART FOR EVERYONE , and we mean it…

We run pop-up painting events for the public, charities, corporate clients and private groups inc Team building, away days, evening socials, Hen parties & birthday parties.

We promote Coprorate Social responsibility by fully funding a Community workshop with every corporate booking.

Clients have included St Mungo’s, Christian Aid, ADP UK, Kids Company, Harris & Hoole, , Radley Yeldar, as well as having received support from the Courtauld Institute of Art, The National Portrait Gallery, the Royal Academy of Art, and CASS ART LONDON.

Paint Jam’s ‘Communal Canvas’ workshop

Explore your inner artist at a Paint Jam Communal Canvas event,

in our fun and uplifting, pop-up social art studio.

Complete with canvases, easels, music, drinks, a wide range of top quality art materials and inspiring art around the studio, you will get the chance to get creative and try your hand as an artist…Our expert art-facilitators are on hand to guide and encourage throughout.

-Each event will include two large communal canvases for all to paint on

+ each person will receive cartridge paper for the intro exercises.

+ a complementary glass of wine or juice (more drinks available from the bar).

+ all art materials.

If you prefer, you can pre-order your own 50x 60cm stretched canvas for £9, and take it home to keep.

Paint Jam believes in art for everyone- workshops areopen to total beginners & the more advanced.

Each workshop has a theme we paint to + you get the chance to win the communal canvas at the end of the night in our colour raffle!

The quirky and original art-studio setting is a great space to socialise, meet people and get the creative juices flowing.

Paint Jam at The Business Show 2012 – Olympia.

Last week Paint Jam London exhibited at The Business Show, Olympia.

We were happy to be the arty creatives amongst the businesses exhibiting.

We were just opposite the Sage Networking bar, and stood out

like a sore creative thumb, so lots of people stopped by to say hello.

We met a lot of interesting people we hope to work with this year,

and had fun too.

Communal ‘Vision & identity’ canvases with Network Housing Group.

Paint Jam London was pleased to run our ‘Communal Canvas’ workshops with Network Housing Group this summer. As the second part to a full training day, our creative workshop put into colour the organisation’s identity and 2012-13 vision, which had been explored in the morning traning.

Working in groups, the team contributed to four big canvases, highlighting their identity and vision with fun and expression along the way.

Our workshop helped to inspire the team, work on group dynamics, and create art works that now hang in their Wembley offices, a great team-building symbol.

The team did really well at stepping into their creative side, with little or no experience since school! See the photo album here.

We hope to work with Tracey Webb and her team at NHG in the future.

Network Housing Group owns and manages 17,000 homes, mostly in Greater London and the Eastern Region, working with 33 local authorities to provide a range of housing and support services delivered through its locally based housing associations.

Maverick coffee chain ‘HARRIS & HOOLE’ does Paint Jam team-building workshop – Summer 2012.

Paint Jam was very pleased to open our studio doors to Harris & Hoole, the new and

exciting coffee chain with a maverick twist.

We set the moveable studio up at Covent Garden’s lovely Seven Dial’s Club - This Paint Jam event was part of Harris & Hoole’s staff’s first week of team-building before the first Amersham shop was to open. All the staff were fantastic & friendly, reflecting Nick Tolley’s vision of a local family feel to his coffee shops – they created some pretty good paintings too, inc a giant Coffe cup on their communal canvas! see album

With more and more shops set to open in 2012, can’t wait to have more Harris & Hoolians in the studio soon. We like to think the creative unleashing has also helped customer services.

Harris and Hoole’s workshop will also go towards funding our workshops with St Mungo’s Homeless Hostels – thank you H&H for supporting Corporate-Social responsibility with Paint Jam London.

Bobby’s 30th Birthday Paint Jam party

Paint Jam was pleased to host Bobby’s 30th birthday party in our studio – our first birthday party so far!

Bobby and her friends came down from Lancashire which was even more of a compliment…

Having a strong arty side, Bobby knew it would be the perfect choice for her and her friends. Along with the art-studio we also arranged a quirky tea party.

The reaction as she walked in was priceless ‘This is so amazing, I can’t believe it! Can I give you a hug’. Bobby and the group absolutely loved it.

Everyone painted beautiful canvases and lots of fun was had.

Paint Jam London works with the ‘London College of Fashion’ this summer 2012

Paint Jam London was delighted to work with creative Mecca ‘London College of Fashion’ this summer. Our full day art workshop was specially designed for the staff who work daily to support creative students, but who don’t often get the chance to step into their very own creative sides. Our workshop was the opening event to kick start a creative initiative for the staff called LCF:Create – we were thrilled to be the ones to get them going. Everyone did amazingly well and produced some unique and beautiful paintings. …. and as our CSR commitment promises, LCF’s event will part fund a Paint Jam art workshop with St Mungo’s later in the year. We look forward to this exciting new relationship & running many future Paint Jam events for University of the Arts, London - Europes leading arts and design college.

Hen parties with an arty touch – try a unique & creative Hen-do experience (with boredom factor removed)

The Hen season is here, and there’s nothing we can do about it! If you’re best friend’s getting married you’ll be wanting to create an original experience that she’ll love, oh yeah, and that everyone can afford.

Paint Jam Hen-parties are a unique and colourful experience that give all of you the chance to make your own art works. Set in our moveable Social art studio, full of music, art materials, drinks and eachother, we can come to your house or venue, or invite you to ours. Paint your own canvases as well as a special joined canves for your Hen to keep, with on-hand guidance from our inspiring & fun art-facilitators.

Include us as part of your day or have all your whole day/eve in our studio – we can arrange catering, drinks, cocktails…..aswell as make-up artists to set you on your way all prettied if you prefer to move on elsewhere….

Hen parties can get a bit dry and repetitive, this one will be colourful and juicy. See details here.
