Bicycle is London's fastest growing and independent Integrated media and creative agency, so we were delighted when they approached Pop Up Art Studio to create the Bicycle 2026 away day, with a Paint Jam team-building event, a company meeting + breakfast and lunch and a pop-up bar - for their full team of 57 people, at XYZ Brentford.

Bicycle went for a 'Splatter' themed NEON ART RAVE (watch them in action) - one of our famous Immersive Paint Jam events, popular with team-building and corporate event clients. Neon paintings were created in teams on large stretched-canvases using acrylic paints, big paint brushes, palette knives, fingers and flings straight-from-the-bottle. Our Splatter Painting workshops are inspired by Jackson Pollock's action and gestural painting, which is all about movement, experimentation and play - a good one for connecting everyone to the joy of the painting process. Complete with live DJ sets from DJ Chewy She and Abstract Expressionist art projections to set the scene, this Neon Art Rave was led by moi, Dalia Zermon - a London artist and founder of Paint Jam events / Pop Up Art Studio, with the brilliant Paint Jam artist team. A Pop Up bar was open for drinks throughout the Bicycle Paint Jam event, with everyone getting three drinks tokens each - our most popular corporate bar package.

Bicycle are a creative company so everyone was happy to immerse in the Paint Jam experience with full energy - moving from blank canvases, to palettes filled with colourful paints to neon splatter painting action in a flash! Chewy She's dance set took the Neon Art Rave to the next level, making sure the Bicycle team danced as they painted. Paint Jam events are all about painting and partying but Neon Art Rave takes it a notch higher with full vibes dance music sets at the Paint Jam workshop.

Full body suits were provided as always, to protect participants' clothing (a bit of an essential!).

Our ART FOR EVERYONE ethos really helps relax everyone into the painting process in an inclusive space that encourages creativity and play - even if you're someone who hasn't picked up a paint brush since primary school. We regularly work with teams of 'non-creatives' including bankers, accountants, lawyers and numerous other non-creative industries, who all enjoy the painting experience and create artworks they love.Total beginners are always welcome - in fact, Paint Jam events were created with a passion to bring art to everyone, so our workshops are truly made for all of you!

As this was a full Bicycle Away Day we hosted the company at XYZ Brentford for the whole day. We organised a 9am breakfast in the XYZ Brentford AV Lab, followed by a Bicycle company meeting and presentation space in the downstairs gallery. A pizza and prosecco lunch was served, before opening the Pop Up Art Studio doors to welcome Bicycle in for their Paint Jam afternoon of creativity - Neon Art Rave.

Bicycle loved the arty-feel of XYZ Brentford , our current Paint Jam art-studio base. We enjoy running Paint Jam events in this riverside studio, a spectacular takeover art studio building run by the Muse Gallery. Supporting the arts in London and having the Bicycle event in an alternative space, was a big pull for this London-based client.

We loved creating the Bicycle Away Day and Neon Art Rave and seeing the team's amazing collaborative paintings. All paintings were dried at the XYZ Brentford Paint Jam studio and then packed and delivered to the Bicycle Angel office. Bicycle are taking over another floor in their building this summer, so this was the perfect time to create Bicycle team artworks. We look forward to seeing the Bicycle artworks up on their new office walls soon!
